Individual intake assessment: $250.00
Individual therapy 50 minute full session: $175.00
Individual therapy 75 minute extended session: $250.00
Individual therapy 100 minute double session: $350.00
Family therapy 50 minute full session: $300.00
Family therapy 75 minute extended session: $325.00
Family therapy 100 minute double session: $400.00

Free Your Mind Professional Counseling Services, PLLC accepts only a few insurances. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Call office to see if a clinician in the practice accepts your particular insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Insurance
Free Your Mind Professional Counseling Services, PLLC accepts most major insurances including Medicaid. We also accept several EAP programs as well. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance by either phone (832.850.6422) or email at therapistsrock@fympcs.com, you will be required to pay the no show/late cancellation fee of $250/ $175.00. This fee must be paid in full prior to your next scheduled session.
